Please send packages one week prior to the start of your event, as we have limited space available for incoming shipments. 

Please also ensure that guests have return labels and package tape for any outgoing shipments, as we do not have a FedEx or UPS store on property to assist with returns. 

Once packages are securely packaged and the return labels are attached, our Banquet Setup team will be happy to bring the outgoing packages to our Shipping & Receiving area for pickup. 

For guests returning packages via FedEx, please note that they will need to arrange their own pickup date and time directly with FedEx.
